Consume a 32Gi® Sports Gel 15 minutes prior to the start of a high intensity session & continue to consume every 45 minutes or as required.
During Events & Training
Consume a 32Gi® Sports Gel every 45 minutes or as required (Recommended 60-90g of carbohydrate per hour of exercise).
*Take care to keep well hydrated, using either 32Gi® Endure Sports Drink, 32Gi® Hydrate, or water.

My go to gel for runs! Good idea to try different flavors but I enjoy passion fruit. The snap open design make it very convenient to open while running. No gut issues and tasty! Highly recommended
They are excellent ,I'm still trying them out ,do do with time ,not sure if they are working as my legs feel sore after a long run .I am happy to stick to one manufacturer and that is 32gi.I would also like to see boxes with different flavors.
