i have used it three times so far and on each occasion, the product has delivered what it promised. I tend to lose a lot of fluid during exercise which normally results in cramps and reduced performance on very long or hard days out. the hydrate 1000 has keeps my hydrated and performing well through the training sessions and events. the fact that each potion is individually packed in tiny sticks makes it easy to carry and mix on the go. For my preference, the natural/neutral flavour has been the best so far.

I've been using 32Gi's Hydrate for almost 3 years now. In fact, I use the gels, the recovery drink, the creatine and the bars! Have trained my gut over time so that I can just chew the tablet and wash it down with water, so I don't have to wait for it to dissolve in a cup at a water station. Zero gut issues and works well - never cramp! Love the product! I am an ultra-runner and use almost daily during peak training and carry with for use during any run or race longer than an hour.

I’ve tried this a few times now and it has completely changed my workouts. It keeps me properly hydrated, which directly improves my endurance and allows me to train longer without feeling flat or drained. I feel more energized throughout my sessions and recover better as well.

If you train hard or do cardio and weights, this is a must have. I’d highly recommend it to anyone serious about their performance.

This stuff will get the Starship to Mars faster! An absolute must for any runner. Tummy loves it. Tastes great. Best stuff to take before a race or a long run. I take it with me on ultra trails as well.

I have been an advocate for 32Gi for some 8 years now.
I do many endurance events, and the Sport Chews are so easy to use and even using them often, it has very little bearing on any long-term effects.
Some Gel's may affect stomach lining after excessive use.
Especially for long distance swimming / open-water swimming, the chews are easy.
