Hydrate - Electrolyte Hydration Sports Drink

These electrolyte tablets are really convenient for workouts and hot days. They dissolve well, the flavour is refreshing without being overpowering, and the compact tube is easy to keep in my gym bag. They make staying hydrated more enjoyable, and I would happily buy them again.

32Gi Hydrate works well for long runs and rides. It doesn't cause a spike or stomach issues and is not sweet to make it unpalatable. I think this will be my electrolyte product of choice going forward.

I've played around with several products but settled on Hydrate exclusively for almost two years. Always in my back pocket on rides and in my race bag. Was the perfect drink for Knysna Extreme Triathlon and Norseman Xtreme Triathlon.

Great product. Specially on fasted rides. It also forms part of any hydration strategy. I would say perhaps higher sodium content versions can be developed but cant fault this as a leading hydration solution. Even pop one in water for a hang over.

Nice flavors. Sometimes other products can make me nauseous but not this product

This stuff is marvelous! I drink it before a race/long run, during and after - never cramp or hit a wall because Hydrate keeps me going.

Struggle to get in my daily water dose in general. With this lovely subtle lime flavour it makes it easier to gain enough liquids in throughout the day :D

A fantastic tasting and instant result hydration solution, has helped me a lot.

I have a unique example. Whenever I visit my Dr. for a health checkup and they run blood test my Dr would promptly point out to me that my Hemotocrit and Hemoglobin levels are to high. Also my sodium level tested to low. This meant that due to dehydration my blood plasma volume is constantly low which will result in the high HCT en Hb levels.
By adding Hydrate to my drinks bottle has solved this problem very easily. What initially seemed like a major health issue was solved. Blood tests sins have shows normal HCT and Hb levels.

I have tried many hydration products over the years and like 32Gi the most - not too sweet, nice but subtle flavours and effective hydration.

For years I battled during and after intense exercise and thought it was just the way I am. Was introduced to Hydrate fizzers a few years ago and what a difference it made both during and especially after training or events and for recovery.
