PRE-WORKOUT - 32Gi® Race can be used for pre-loading just before an event. Start drinking (2 scoops / 50 g) approximately 60min before the start.
INTRA-WORKOUT - A 75 g serving supplies around

There are two main energy systems utilized in the human body during endurance exercise. Glycogen and fat. The two fuel tanks are accessed under a variety of conditions.
Glycogen is the anaerobic rocket fuel tank while fat is your more stable aerobic fuel tank.
When performing exercise at high levels of intensity the oxygen supply to the human body becomes way more demanding and the ability to utilize fat as a source of fuel is negated.
Glycogen becomes the primary fuel source to support these
harder efforts. The glycogen fuel tank is limited to approximately 2000 Kcals meaning that energy expenditure over time at a hard effort can deplete the energy supply.
In order to avoid this a rapidly releasing and absorbing
carbohydrate supply would be required to slow down the rate of depletion allowing longer exercise duration at harder efforts.
