Excellent to combat cramps on marathons and ultras
Protein is easy to digest (i.e. easy on the stomache/gut), and can be taken with meals and after training. I take it with creatine and almond milk.
Great product. I use for my afternoon runs to give me a boost. I take before the run & throughout the run.
